Testimonials

"Thanks so much for all your effort and patience during the house sale - and not quite sale. You went out of your way for us (like coming to unlock the door for Mom) and we appreciate it all so much. We will be sure to have my parents call you when they insist on moving closer to us!!"

Our Client-First Philosophy

About Linda Evans

I have been in the customer service for my entire professional life. My career began in the headquarters of a major retailer. I was in charge of their Consumer Affairs Department which was primarily responsible for consumer complaint handling, consumer product liability claims and product/merchandising legal requirements. My department offered a hands-on approach to those customers who were in some way dissatisfied with the service and products purchased from this retailer. The tales I can tell from this 12 year experience range from very humorous to extremely sad, but the ultimate goal was to satisfy the customer.

From this environment, I "changed hats" and joined a non-profit guide dog training facility in Southern California. As their Assistant Director, I focused my attentions on fundraising, volunteer coordination and student services. My deep appreciation of the human and dog bond only developed more over the five years with this organization, seeing a blind individual’s trust, and ultimately their life changing with the aid of their four legged, loyal companion.

I then changed hats again and moved back to corporate life, as a General Manager for a pet food manufacturing company, then Conference Directors for a computer network guru.

Several years ago, I grew tired of shuffling papers, and yearned to return to a personal interaction with people. I decided that real estate would be the profession for me, with my years in customer services provided a strong foundation.

I believe
that for most clients, buying or selling a home is an extremely emotional process. As your realtor, my job is to make the transaction as smooth and "bump free" as possible. I have the experience to anticipate potential problems and negotiate them before they actually become problems. Utmost, I make myself available to my clients. This is what customer service is about. My clients can rest assured that I will always work in their best interests and will handle their purchases or sale with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.

Today, I live in Wonder Valley and thoroughly enjoy the amenities and conveniences that Fresno County has to offer. I share my home with an array of family dogs, horses, cattle and utmost, a great husband.

About Joanna Bryan

In both my professional life and personal life, one of my strengths has always been the ability to work effectively with people to reach a common goal. This began on a personal note when in high school I began volunteering with Guide Dogs of the Desert, a non-profit school that trains guide dogs for the seeing impaired. In this experience I not only gained a sense of accomplishment in helping people, I also realized my love and devotion to dogs. Since this time I have continued to volunteer with animal organizations such as Helen Woodward Animal Center and SPCA. Today I am “Mom” to 2 wonderful Clumber Spaniels, Cooper and Lexi. From high school I earned my Bachelors degree in Business from SDSU and went on to work for a small family owned construction company. I found that I enjoyed and was good at managing a fast paced and perfection driven environment. I found that I enjoyed helping customers turn their problems into a win-win situation for both them and the company.

When the company was merged with a Fortune 500 company I worked in integrating the employees and customers into a new business structure. During this time I found I needed to grow and I began doing consulting for a Fortune 500 company. In my seminars for this company I always emphasize how important customer service is. Any business will falter without its customers and with so many options out there providing quality customer service is key.

As a consultant I found I missed the hands on approach with my customers. I like and missed helping people achieve goals. I enjoy working with my customers from the very beginning and helping them through all phases of achieving their goals. I truly enjoy people and being a part of their successes. It is my personal goal to exceed my customers expectations and make the home buying or selling process as stress free and hassle free as possible.

Today, I am able to merge all the things I have learned and use them to best advantage for you, my customer. I am a Realtor that cares about you and your ultimate goals. I will treat you with respect and integrity and always do my best by you. I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

I look forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.
